Baytown Christian Academy is governed by a Board of Trustees and directed by an administrative council comprised of the Headmaster, Grammar School Director, Logic School Director, Rhetoric School Director, and the Dean of Students.
The administrative council has the responsibility of formulating and administering the curriculum, supervising and evaluating teachers, planning financial accountability, and authorizing and monitoring student activities.
The school is staffed by teachers who believe in the principles of classical Christian education and are committed to excellence in their respective content areas.
